When are the retail store closing?

Start March 15th both the New York and San Francisco stores will be closing until further notice

Are you offering reduced hours?

When are you open again? Right now we are not offering reduced hours and we do not have an immediate timeline on when the retail store will open again we’ll send out email as soon as we have more details.

I placed an order in store that was going to be shipped to my house is this still shipping?

Yes all orders placed in person are still shipping on time check your inbox for tracking details

I’m nervous about product being shipped what preventative measures are you taking?

All of our products are shipped from local manufacturers in the United States rest assured we have already put preventative measures in place to ensure all of our products are being handled safely hygienically and our staff have been trained on updates safely protocols
